Factors Affecting Project Management in Palestine, The study was in the project management field. We were asked to identify the factors that affect projects in Palestine, to evaluate performance factors, measures in relation to their correlation with the project success, and make recommendations and suggestions to improve performance on different types of projects. I developed good teamwork skills on this project, acting as coordinator and drawing up the project plan required to complete the project successfully and on time.
