ما هى وظيفة ال soft starter??

هل هى تقليل starting voltage??

علما انى رايته مو صل على موتور 57 امبير و اخر 275 ا مبيــــــــــــــــــر؟؟؟

Soft Starters
A soft starter is another form of reduced voltage starter for A.C. induction motors. The soft starter is similar to a primary resistance or primary reactance starter in that it is in series with the supply to the motor. The current into the starter equals the current out. The soft starter employs solid state devices to control the current flow and therefore the voltage applied to the motor. In theory, soft starters can be connected in series with the line voltage applied to the motor, or can be connected inside the delta loop of a delta connected motor, controlling the voltage applied to each winding.

The main function of soft starter is to reduce the starting voltage i.e. increase the voltage supplied to the motor gradually which affect the torque because the torque proportional to the square of the voltage . There is also soft stop for the motor.

جهاز سوفت ستارتر جهاز يستعمل في تشغيل محركات كهربائية وهو من اروع ماتوصلت اليه التكنولوجيا
هنا مبدا يعتمد على لعب على زاوية اللعب الخاصة بدياك وهو عبارة عن ثلاثة دياك تكون موصولة بالمحرك وعند اعطاع اشارة التشغيل تتغير قيمة زاوية اللعب وهنا عملية بنسميها سوفت ستارتر
كما يمكن ايقاف المحرك عن طريق سوفت ستوب
جهز سوفت ستارتر به حمايات عديدة ودو كفاءة عالية
يمكن وضع كونتاكتر بجانبه يسمى كونتاكتر بايباس يعمل بعد ماتنتهي عملية اقلاع فيمر التيار عبر كونتاكتر هدا
من احسن سوفت ستارتر الدي تعاملت معاه هو من نوع solcon

ممكن معلومات اكثر لأني اعمل علية كمشروع تخرج
