انا طالبة في كلية الهندسة و اعمل على مشروع لقياس power factor عن طريق pic microcontroller ارجو ممن لديه المعرفة ان يساعدني و له جزيل الشكر

موضوع ال power facor هو موضوع كبير فى الواقع

و خاصه ى ظل التيغيرات الجديده فى مصادر القوى بمعنى وجود

أحمال ذات طبائع و سلوك مختلف لم تكن موجوده من ذى قبل

و تحديدا دخول ال switching devices و نمو إستخدام ال power electronics

فى الكثير من التطبيقات مثل speed drives , modern lamps و غيرها الكثير و الكثير

فى الواقع دخول مل تلك الأحمال أدى لدو تغيرات كبير و ظهور ال harmonics بحيث لم

يصبح الفولت pure sinusoidal و لو اردنا أخذ تلك العوامل معنا سيكون الأمر جدا معقد

و لكن يمكننا عملها على بعض الفروض

منها

1) أن ال supply هو sinusoidal أى على شكل sine wave و سنهمل ال harmonics

2) سنقيس ال p.f بناء على ذلك على انه التأخير أو الفرق بين موجه التيار و موجه

الفولت

قد تقولى أن هذا هو تعريف ال p.f فسأرد و أقول ليس دقيقا فال p.f هو

حاصل قسمه ال active power على ال Total power s

و أن يكون هو الزاويه فذلك لا يتماشى و طبيعه الأحمال التى ذكرت و على إفتراض عدم وجود

harmonics

و سأوالى بعض الشرح تباعا بهذا الموضوع

بالنسبه لل p.f و طرق قياسه بصفه عامه فهناك طريقتين

1)Active power factor correction.

2) passive power factor correction

Active power factor correction
A modern and preferable type of PFC
mainly for small-scale electronic loads
This employs electronic high-frequency switching to control the load current in a manner similar to a switched mode power supply
The effect is to synchronize the current demand to be closely in phase with the AC voltage waveform
it provides more efficient power frequency.
Active PFC is able to generate a theoretical power factor of over 95% , More complex and more expensive

Passive power factor correction
The most common type of PFC
It is achieved by complementing an inductive or a capacitive circuit with a (locally connected) reactance of opposite phase

Switched mode power supply (SMPS)
electronic power supply unit (PSU) that incorporates a switching regulator
An internal control circuit that switches the load current rapidly on and off in order to stabilize the output voltage

power factor Correction
The object of the project is to measure and Correct the power factor. To do it we made the following

Steps:
1) Take the signal of the current and the signal of the voltage.
2) These signals will go through a LPF then through a zero detector and amplification stage ,which have two object
 Detect the position of the zero.
 Make the signal ready to go to ADC stage.
3) After this the signal which represent the zero position will do to the Mc which will know the power factor from it ( Activate timer to know the time difference between the voltage and current wave from which I calculate the power factor)
4) The signal which represent the value of voltage and current will go to ADC to change the peak value ( which I will know from zero position signal ) to a Digital value to the microcontroller.
5) After knowing the value of the power factor and the values of voltage and Current the microcontroller should Display it and take a suitable decision.

سيكون ذلك من خلال معرفه الزمن بين الفولت و التيار

انني لا اعرف رسمة circuit التي سأستخدمها لانتاج التيار و الجهد

هل يمكن مساعدتي

لا نستخدم هنا دائره لإنتاج الفولت و التيار

و لكن نحصل عليهم من الدائره الموجوده و التى نريد قياس و تحسين معامل القدره لها

من يملك معلومات عن رقم IC الخاصة ب power factor meter حيث ارغب باستخدامها في المشروع لقياس power و من ثم ادخال القيمة المقاسة منها على pic
