في البداية ,طبعا هذه أول مشاركة لي في هذا المندى القيم واتمنى ان اتواصل معكم دائما.
انا طالب في قسم الميكانيكا , وماخذ الحين كورس في capstone design ومطلوب منا مشروع لتصميم حاجة تسمى(inspection capsule ) لأبآر النفط .
وهذا نص المشروع :
there is a need to design an inspection capsule to be lowered into an oil well to a depth of 500 ft in Oman oil industry . the capsule must fit in a six-in-dia hole with at least 10% diametral clearance, have a suitable attachment for the lowering cable an a 1.5-in-dia quartz lens port in the sidewall.a 0.5-in-dia power and communication cable passes through the top end of the cylider .some design concerns are the hydrostatic pressure at the depth , the abrasive nature of the rock walls of the well hole, and the hydraulic integrity of the seals around the lens port and power cable . the capsule has a dry nitrogen atmosphere inside at 800 psig. design for a finite life of at least 1E4 insertions/removals from a well
الرجاء كل من لديه معلومات عن بئر النفط (مثل درجة الحرارة في عمق البئر والضغط....والية استخراج النفط ) موافاتي بها أو اي اقتراح على المشروع على الإيمل :
